Liverpool and the liverpool waterfront have undergone dramatic changes in recent years, and through my paintings and prints I have tried to capture some of this change, whilst wanting to record the old Liverpool through my painting. I also accept commissions from people around the world who have an interest in not only the city but also it's maritime. Often these paintings feature the river mersey, the two cathedrals - the anglican and the catholic - docks and the waterfront. The albert dock and that area is very iconic to many scousers who may be living in different parts of the world. Sometimes people have old photographs of the city, or its ships, and contact me to produce paintings. Liverpool football club and Everton football club are also popular subjects.
